1. Reservation and Deposit
- A ₱500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The deposit confirms your reservation and will be deducted from your total payment upon check-in.
- If the campsite is at fault (e.g., poor site condition, safety concerns, or management-related cancellation), the ₱500 deposit will be refunded in full.
- If the campsite cancels due to bad weather or unavoidable circumstances, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel their booking within 24 hours before their reserved date, but the ₱500 deposit is non-refundable.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will automatically forfeit the deposit and booking.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Guests may reschedule their booking at least one week (7 days) before their reserved date.
- Rescheduling is only allowed once per booking and must have a valid reason or emergency, subject to management approval.
- Rescheduling requests made less than one week before the reserved date will not be accepted, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- This policy helps ensure fair scheduling and prevents losses on the campsite's part.
4. Check-in and Check-out Schedule
- Day Tour: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overnight Stay: 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Exclusive Booking: 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM (24-hour stay)
Please arrive and depart within your scheduled time to allow proper preparation and cleaning for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed only with prior approval and may incur additional fees.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Keep your area and the campsite clean and organized at all times.
- Dispose of trash properly and respect nature—do not harm plants, trees, or wildlife.
- Any damage to property or facilities caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible guest.
- The management will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
6. Safety and Behavior
- Hiking is only allowed for guests aged 12 years old and above. Children below 12 are not permitted to join hiking activities for safety reasons.
- Campfires and bonfires are only allowed in designated areas and must be fully extinguished before leaving.
- After your bonfire, please call or notify the staff to assist in ensuring the fire is safely put out.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be considerate of other campers.
- Illegal substances, firearms, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
- Guests displaying disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave without refund.
7. Pets
- Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.
8. Liability
- Guests participate in all campsite activities at their own risk.
- Meraki Campsite will not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or property loss during your stay.
- In case of emergencies, please contact our campsite staff immediately.
9. Management Rights
- Meraki Campsite reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or evict guests who violate these terms or engage in disruptive behavior.
- Policies and rules may be updated at any time without prior notice.
